A few months ago Ryan, the design portion of Lord Studios, got to branding our little family owned company. Our business poses some interesting design and marketing challenges, being two different beasts, each requiring a unique feel and yet needing to merge under one umbrella for the occasional project. It has been our concern that our set up may be a bit confusing for some that are new to our company’s services. If there is one thing I am afraid of it is alienating my market by not providing enough information on who we are and what it is we do.
Ryan’s recent branding was designed to establish a general aesthetic that carries over between the two names. I still operate under the name Anne Lord Photography existing as a part of our actual and technical “corporation” Lord Studios, LLC. All design inquires for logos, branding, illustration and advertising are under the Lord Studios name. You can find our design portfolio, and a soon to be newly designed site at www.lordstudios.com.

www.annelordphoto.com contains a more streamlined portfolio site with a great deal more information about myself and how I run my photography business. It has tons of goodies for brides and grooms, a question and answer sheet and also access to client proofing. www.annelordblog.com brings you here, to my blog, which I try to update regularly and bring you little tid bits that I hope you find interesting. There are a couple of other artists named Anne Lord on the web. I find it amusing that we all chose a similar field.
