camden’s fifth

The indefatigable Camden can be described in two words: messy & pink. This shoot has been a long time coming. Last spring, Cam’s mom, Candice and I decided to “design a shoot” for Camden’s birhtday. We kept saying: pink, white, green and MESSY. This little girl’s power to make a mess of ANYTHING has been proven time and again. Although, when it came time for Camden to make a mess she kept saying, “No, no. I have to be a LAAA-DY!” Hmm, does that sound like regurgitated mom talk??

Candice and I baked her a cake (you can blame it’s ridiculous aesthetic on me), and presented it with song. Camden was so in love with the mountain of pink that at one point she gave it a hug.. as she does with EVERYTHING that suits her whimsy. It was sincerely wonderful to watch this little girl delight in such a treat!

Ok, so I know animated gif’s are “so 1998″ or some such something. But here’s little Cam, on request.
